Our members participate in numerous local patriotic and charitable activities.  Our chapter is always accepting dimes, coupons, military care package items, children's books, and school supplies for our ongoing projects.

Among those we take a special interest in are:

Community Service  
  • ​​​​​Service to Veterans in Tucson, Arizona: We provide the Fisher House, located at the Veterans Medical Center in Tucson, with Christmas decorations and volunteer support. Additionally, our members hand out cards to all the veterans.
  • Plastic Bag Sleeping Mats: We collect plastic grocery bags and crochet sleeping mats for homeless veterans.
  • Gift Wrapping: We provide gift wrapping services to help fund various projects throughout the year.
  • Generations: We have partnered with Generations, a senior living facility, to provide enrichment activities.

​​Patriotic Endeavor  ​
  • Wreaths Across America: We sponsor wreaths for veterans' graves at local cemeteries.
  • ​Veterans Day and Memorial Day: We attend and support all local services.

Promotion of Education ​
  • Recognition of our youth: Junior ROTC student cadets of outstanding ability and achievement at local high schools are recognized annually with scholarships and awards.
  • Native American Culture: A portion of every meeting is dedicated to a presentation of Native American culture.
